Chyandour Hall

This beautifully converted Victorian estate hall situated on the edge of Penzance offering three large double Bedrooms and one twin Bedroom making this the ideal property for up to eight people. With an open plan living/dining room with an area which has been used as an artists studio and is available to work in.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, cloakroom/toilet and one of the large double bedrooms with shower room and separate toilet downstairs - space is one thing you won’t be short of on your holidays.

Upstairs leading off the gallery are the remaining 3 bedrooms with one double being en-suite, and there's also a separate bathroom.

Outside the courtyard has an out side tap, wetsuit and board racks for the adventurous ones amongst you.

Situated a one minute walk from the beach at low tide and five minutes at high and close to the bus and train station and heliport makes this the ideal location for your holidays.

With the shops, pubs and restaurants being a 5 mins walk and the coastal cycle track also on hand Chy an Dour Hall makes the perfect base for any holiday.

Parking for two vehicles is available in the private square right outside the hall.

There's a very pleasant small paved entrance area with a bench where you can enjoy that morning cup of tea relaxing in the sunshine and fresh air.

The owner is a member of CoaST, Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project, and encourages recycling at the Hall.
Cleaning is done with a steam cleaner to minimise chemicals, and as the business develops the owner would like to use solar and wind power.
